"The chopper just works. It cuts up the garbage and its gone," says Rich Walker of Green Earth Ag Services in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

"We run three to four pumps in a row and will go four to five miles from a farm," explains Walker, who does large-scale custom manure application. His biggest job is pumping out 80 million gallons of cattle manure. "Our pumps used to plug up over 10 times in a 24-hour period because of stuff like straws, plastics and hoof blocks that should not be in the manure. This year, with the chopper, we did not stop until the job was done. It does a great job," says Walker. "I'm really impressed with how good it works."

WER manufacturing designed three inline choppers for Green Earth Ag Services beginning with a model that handled 2,200 gallons per minute up to Walker's latest purchase of a chopper that processes 2,800 gallons per minute.

"When we do a job, we run 24 hours a day and a job can take up to two weeks. With the WER In-Line Chopper, we don't have any plug-ups and it can save us up to a whole day," says Walker. "From our point of view, that's huge. The chopper saves us time and money."
